Included in the routine vaccination is the following:

• Rabies Vaccination (Six-way distemper/parvo)

* Other vaccinations along with heart worm testing, heart worm preventative, and fecal examinations are recommended.

• General Exam

• Office Fee
Rabies Tag and Certificate

$20 if spayed or neutered

$35 if NOT spayed or neutered

* Illinois state legislation requires us to charge $15 for rabies tags & registration for any dog or cat that is not spayed or neutered.
